I must say there are a lot of beautiful Korean actresses that just as good actresses as they are beautiful. But of course many of these actresses didn’t start good to begin with. One good example is Kim Tae Hee. Although she was well accepted as a CF star, I read articles about her before, that mentions her flaws in acting but after a while she has gained respect from viewers. With her role as Choi Seung-Hee, she started to get the appreciation of the public. Now, she’s not just a beautiful face, she has created a character that’s only hers.

She was born in Ulsan, S. Korea on March 29, 1980. She started as an ad model in TV commercials. This coming March, 2013 she will be seen again on TV as Jan Ok-Jeong, a royal concubine during the Joseon Dynasty who was known for her egregious character; for her hunger for power and ruthless schemes, in the SBS drama, Jan Ok-Jeong, Live for Love. This will take over the place of Yawang.
At present, there are news articles that say she’s currently dating Rain.
